The Gent SAFE-RED-D-SPARE is a red 2-position spare SAFE switch supplied complete with the SAFE Switch and wiring loom. EN54 Part 2 Type B Dependency approved, it supports up to 200 Alarm Areas per loop and measures 85mm (H) x 85mm (W) x 25mm (D).
Technical overview
SAFE-RED-D-SPARE is a red 2-position spare switch from Gent by Honeywell, part of the SAFE Button range. It is supplied complete with the SAFE Switch and wiring loom, designed for immediate use as a service replacement. The unit features a confirmation LED to visually indicate activation status to occupants.
It is EN54 Part 2 Type B Dependency approved and supports up to 200 Alarm Areas per loop. The switch is compatible with the 4-channel interface for BS5839 Part 1 system access and recommended for use with S-Quad multi-criteria detectors. Button delays are fully configurable within the Vigilon Panel. Physical wiring details are documented in the installation manual. The device measures 85mm (H) x 85mm (W) x 25mm (D) and weighs 200g, operating within 1°C to 50°C.
