Royal Mail Tracked 24 provides parcel tracking to delivery. This is not a guaranteed next-day service.
Dispatch times

Orders placed by 14:00 (Monday–Friday): dispatched the same working day

Orders placed after 14:00, weekends, or UK bank holidays: dispatched the next working day
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Weekend delivery
Royal Mail may deliver Tracked 24 parcels on Saturdays and, in some areas, Sundays for business account shipments. Weekend delivery is not guaranteed and may not be available in all locations.
Tracking
Tracking details are provided by email and/or SMS once the order is dispatched.
Royal Mail may provide delivery-point confirmation and photo-on-delivery where available.

Delays, loss & service limits
Royal Mail Tracked 24 is a delivery-aim service only.

Delay compensation is not provided by the carrier

Compensation applies to loss or damage only (typically up to £150 cover)
If your order has not arrived 7 working days after the due date, please contact us so we can investigate with Royal Mail.
An item is treated as lost 10 working days after the due date. At that point, we can raise a loss claim with the carrier.
Events beyond our control
Dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, adverse weather, industrial action, or network failures.

If an order has already been dispatched, delivery will take place as soon as the disruption ends
